We follow the APQP standards, have established a complete quality management system and product research and development process, and have obtained multiple international certifications such as ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO26262, and ISO17025 (CNAS). We have also built our own testing and reliability laboratory covering an area of nearly 1,000 square meters and implement industry-leading testing and verification processes to ensure the high quality of our products and meet the high standards required by our customers.

Quality Testing Process
A complete and sufficient product verification process is an indispensable factor for high-quality products.

System Function TestingThe system verification team conducts functional indicator tests on the samples to ensure that they meet the requirements of the product specifications and datasheets. It also carries out functional verification for different register settings in accordance with the user guide.

Bench Performance TestingThe bench testing engineer conducts a thorough verification of the product's performance and parameters under different voltages and temperatures in accordance with the product specifications to ensure the consistency and stability of the performance. Additionally, the engineer carries out anti-interference tests based on the Langer EMC testing system.

Customer Application TestingThe application testing engineer performs basic indicator tests and conducts comprehensive tests based on the typical applications of customers/markets to ensure that the products meet the functional and indicator requirements of the client side. Robustness tests are carried out to obtain the performance data of the products under extreme working conditions.

System Functional TestingThe system verification department conducts functional indicator tests on the samples to ensure they meet the requirements of the product specifications and datasheets. It also verifies the functions with different register settings according to the user guide.
