  • The LD501 is an ultra-low noise, low dropout linear regulator with a working voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V, supporting maximum output currents of 150mA (LD501L), 200mA (LD501M), or 250mA (LD501P). The LD501 has a very low dropout voltage: 70mV at 150mA load (LD501L), 94mV at 200mA load (LD501M), and 118mV at 250mA load (LD501P), allowing the LD501 to operate efficiently across a wide input voltage range. Thanks to its optimized circuit topology, the LD501 can achieve ultra-low noise performance without the need for a bypass capacitor, making it highly suitable for noise or space-sensitive RF applications. The LD501 can also achieve ultra-low noise performance without compromising its power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and load transient performance. Additionally, the LD501's low operating current of 170μA (LD501L), 200μA (LD501M), or 229μA (LD501P) makes it ideal for battery-powered portable devices. The LD501 supports 1μF, ±30% ceramic capacitors as input and output capacitors, which can meet the demands of applications that require both high performance and small size. The LD501 can provide over 32 fixed output voltage options, ranging from 1.1V to 5.0V. The LD501 also features short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection, and is available in SOT23-5 packaging, making it suitable for various portable power applications.
