The CSA601Q device is a current sense amplifier with voltage output that detects the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a wide common-mode voltage range of -6V to 40V. The -6V common-mode voltage capability of the CSA601Q allows the device to operate below ground potential. The device operates from a single supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V, with a typical supply current of 1.4mA and a typical bandwidth of 550kHz. The CSA601Q provides three fixed gains: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V. All versions are specified to operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and are available in a SOT23-5 package.
