The CSA245Q device is a current sense amplifier with voltage output, capable of detecting the voltage drop across a shunt resistor within a wide common-mode voltage range of -6V to 80V. The -6V common-mode voltage capability of the CSA245Q allows the device to operate below ground potential. Powered by a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V, the device features a typical supply current of 1.4mA and a typical bandwidth of 550kHz. The CSA245Q provides three fixed gain options: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V. All versions are specified to operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and are available in a SOT23-5 package.
