  • 105(Q) is a precision, low-power, 12-bit resolution, I2C-compatible analog-to-digital converter (ADC) available in MSOP-10 and QFN-10 packages. The high integration of 105(Q) can help simplify system design complexity and cost, as the device integrates a low-drift voltage reference, oscillator, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), and digital comparator, among other functional blocks. The internal digital filter of 105(Q) provides flexible output data rates ranging from 128 SPS to 3300 SPS. The PGA offers an input range of ±256 mV to ±6.144 V, enabling precise large and small signal measurements. Use the digital comparator in 105(Q) for under-voltage and over-voltage detection. 105(Q) operates in either continuous conversion mode or single-shot mode. The internal filter is single-cycle stable in both modes. In single-shot mode, the device automatically powers down after one conversion; thus, significantly reducing power consumption during idle periods. Additionally, 105(Q) can operate over a wide supply range, making it highly suitable for power and space-constrained sensor measurement applications.
