ADX117 is a precision, low-power, 16-bit resolution, I2C-compatible analog-to-digital converter (ADC) available in MSOP-10 and QFN-10 packages. The high integration of ADX117 can help simplify system design complexity and cost, integrating features such as a low-drift voltage reference, oscillator, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), and digital comparator. The internal digital filter of ADX117 provides flexible output data rates ranging from 8SPS to 860SPS. The PGA offers an input range of ±256mV to ±6.144V, enabling precise measurement of both large and small signals. Use the digital comparator in ADX117 for under-voltage and over-voltage detection. ADX117 operates in either continuous conversion mode or single-shot mode. The internal filter is single-cycle stable in both modes. After a single-shot mode conversion, the device automatically powers down; thus, significantly reducing power consumption during idle periods. Moreover, ADX117 can operate over a wide supply range, making it highly suitable for sensor measurement applications where power and space are constrained.
