  • The ADX105(Q) is a precision, low-power, 12-bit resolution analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that is compatible with the I²C interface and is available in MSOP-10 and QFN-10 packages. The high integration level of the ADX105(Q) helps to simplify system design complexity and cost. The device integrates several functional modules, including a low-drift voltage reference, oscillator, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), and digital comparator. The internal digital filter of the ADX105(Q) provides flexible output data rates, ranging from 128 SPS to 3300 SPS. The PGA offers an input range from ±256mV to ±6.144V, enabling precise measurement of both large and small signals. The digital comparator in the ADX105(Q) is used for under-voltage and over-voltage detection. The ADX105(Q) operates in either continuous conversion mode or single-shot mode. The internal filter is single-cycle stable in both modes. After a single conversion in single-shot mode, the device automatically powers down, significantly reducing power consumption during idle periods. The ADX105(Q) can operate over a wide supply voltage range, making it highly suitable for sensor measurement applications with power and space constraints.
