  • The ADX920/1/2/3Q devices are multi-channel, simultaneously sampling, 24-bit, Δ-Σ (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with built-in programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), internal references, and oscillators. These devices integrate all the features typically required for portable, low-power medical electrocardiogram (ECG), sports, and fitness applications. With high integration and superior performance, the ADX920/1/2/3Q devices enable the creation of scalable medical instrumentation systems with significantly reduced size, power, and overall cost. Each channel of the ADX920/1/2/3Q devices has a flexible input multiplexer that can be independently connected to internally generated signals for testing, temperature, and lead-off detection. Additionally, any input channel configuration can be used to derive the right leg drive (RLD) output signal. The ADX920/1/2/3Q devices operate at data rates up to 16 kSPS. Lead-off detection can be implemented internally using the device's internal excitation current sink or source. The ADX922/3Q devices include fully integrated respiration impedance measurement. The specified operating temperature range is from –40°C to 125°C.
